Ugandan music icon Jose Chameleone is finally on his way back home after spending several months in the United States undergoing medical treatment and rehabilitation.

Juliet Zawedde, known for her generosity and strong ties to the Ugandan entertainment community, is reported to have played a pivotal role in ensuring Chameleone received the care he needed.
From facilitating his treatment arrangements to covering associated costs, Zawedde has once again proven her commitment to uplifting fellow Ugandans.
But that’s not all—reports also reveal that she has gifted Chameleone a brand-new Brabus vehicle, a luxury performance upgrade of the Mercedes-Benz, which has already been shipped to Kampala with all taxes and clearance fully handled.
Chameleone, born Joseph Mayanja, is one of Uganda’s most influential and respected artists, with a career spanning over two decades. His return marks a moment of relief and excitement for his fans and the wider entertainment industry. Many are eagerly anticipating his comeback, both on stage and in public life, especially following this period of recovery.
