Comedian David Oyando Mourns Stepmother’s Death

Popular Kenyan comedian David Oyando, alias Kendrick Mulamwah, is mourning the loss of his stepmother, who passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024.

Her stepmother died while undergoing surgery at a hospital in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County, following a brief illness.

Mulamwah, who lost his biological mother at a young age, shared the heartbreaking news on his Instagram, expressing deep sorrow.

In a touching tribute, he acknowledged his stepmother’s significant role in his life, noting how she raised him as her own.

“R.I.P MUM 💔. She always raised me as her own,” he wrote.

The comedian also announced that his stepmother will be laid to rest on October 19, 2024, at their family home in Kitale, near Bikeke Health Centre.

He asked for prayers during this difficult time, as he prepares to bid farewell to the woman he considered a mother.

Ruth K,Mulamwah’s wife, also offered support, expressing her sorrow and strength for her husband during this challenging period.
